+ All orders with ground shipping will be shipped out within 48 hours.

+ All orders with express shipping placed by 12 PM MST, 1 pm CST, 2 PM EST, will be shipped out the same day.

+ We offer worldwide shipping to countries listed at checkout.

+ All orders are processed within 2 days, except on weekends or holidays.

+ Tracking is available for all orders and normally takes between 3-7 business days.

+ Shipping addresses cannot be changed once order is shipped.

+ Era is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.

+ Orders that are returned to us without notifying us, and incorrect address or failed delivery attempts will upon return to us be issued a refund by deducting all shipping and duty fees and 10% of the value of products as handling charges.

+ Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. Please re-order the item if you still wish to purchase the item.

+ We will not be held responsible for delayed or damaged items caused by shipping carrier, or items lost in transit. 

+ We have no control over your package after it is handed off to the carrier. If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is up to the customer to file the appropriate claims with shipping carrier.

+ If a package is marked as delivered, but missing from the point of delivery, we are unable to refund/replace orders.
